I hope this e-mail finds you well,
My name is Professor Minerva McGonagall and I’m the Headmistress of Hogwarts. I’m writing to you on behalf of Professor Dumbledore in connection with Ordinary Wizarding Exams in 2017.
Since death eaters the attack happened in Hogsmeade last week, the students of Hogwarts try hard to deal with stress as well as the upcoming annual exams. Professor Dumbledore would like to consider postponing the exams for 1-2 months. I’m wondering would it be possible to host you in Hogwarts next Thursday in order to discuss more detail?
You may find the list of students who is eligible to attend O.W.L 2017 and the examination schedule of 2017 in the attachment.
If you need further information, please feel free to contact me via two-way mirror until 8 p.m in the evenings.

Prof. Minerva McGonagall
Headmistress of Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft”
